讯享网Hol<u>te</u>k宣布推出全新一代32-Bit <u>Arm</u>Cortex-M0+光模块DDM <u>MCU</u> -HT32F52234/HT32F52244系列<u>单片机</u>。此系列专为光模块设计,带有1个12通道转换速度达1Msps 12-bit SAR <u>ADC</u>,并带有可配置电压<u>VR</u>EF可作为内部参考电压源,可帮助用户监控光模块的RX/TX功率、电压、温度、偏置<u>电流</u>等实时<u>参数</u>,实现数字诊断监控功能(DDM)。3个I²C<u>接口</u>支持1MHz主从机模式及支持无<u>时钟</u>延展功能其最高传输速率可达400kbps。配有4通道<u>DAC</u><u>转换器</u>,可用于光模块相关的功能应用。最小封装提供24QFN(3×3mm),满足光模块应用领域的小封装需求。</p>

HT32F52234/HT32F52244操作电压为1.65V~3.6V,操作温度范围提升至-40℃~105℃<u>工业</u>温度范围,最高指令周期可达60MHz,Flash最大容量为64KB,S<u>RAM</u>最高容量达8KB,搭载6通道P<u>DMA</u>,并提供耐受5V电压输入的GPIO。此系列具备丰富的周边资源,包括:PWM×1、SCTM×2、BFTM×2、RTC×1、WDT×1、SPI×1、USART×1、<u>UART</u>×1、I²C×3,并提供硬件除法器DIV及数据检查机制CRC16/32,12外部通道1Msps 12-bit SAR <u>AD</u>C,此外也带有4通道500ksps 12-bit DAC转换器,系列封装提供24/32/46QFN及48LQFP,GPIO脚最大达40。</p> 

讯享网HT32支持多种开发环境(<u>Keil</u>/IAR/SEGGER/GNU),并提供硬件开发工具包、周边驱动函数库(Firmware Library)及应用范例等完整的开发资源。全系列M0+ MCU取得Keil MDK-ARM用户许可证,可提供客户免费使用。搭配ISP(In-System Programming)及IAP(In-Appl<u>ic</u>ation Programming)技术方案,可轻易升级韧体。HT32系列可提供UL/IEC 60730-1 Class B<u>认证</u>MCU自检程序(Safety Test Library) ,协助客户缩短IEC 60730-1 Class B产品认证时间。</p>
