Abstract
java程序设计基础陈国君This paper will introduce the process of the design and development of the teacher information management system. This system is completed with the idea of Object Oriented and Java Server Pages（JSP）and Dreamweaver, which are Object Oriented development tools. SQL Server 2000 is choosed to manage the database. The system is divided into two platforms : teachers operating platform and managers operating platform. The functions of the system are: the achievement of all teachers personal information management functions and the provision of basic insertion , deletion, modification and enquiry functions. It also facilitate the management and statistics of teachers’information, including basic information , workload，working information and so on. The direction of further development is to enhance the relationships with office tools as Word and Excel,that reduce the workload of data entry personnel by automatically transmitting some certain teachers’ information to database.
